Competition Terms and Conditions

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter our competition, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

1. To enter this competition you must be:
(a) a UK resident; and
(b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Prime Group Ltd, i name it or any subsidiary of Prime Group Ltd.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one entry per person.
6. Sending an e-mail or non-completion of the personalized web page is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
7. The winner will be selected at random after the closing date of the competition. The closing date of the competition is the 5th October 2010 at 6pm and the Prize Draw will take place on the 8th October 2010. The winner will be notified via email on the date specified.
8. The closing date is as specified within the email/mailer, and i name it reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
9. You can find out who has won a particular competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to Prime Group, Unit 2, Ansec Business Park, Burma Road, Blidworth, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire NG21 0RT after the closing date.
10. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as i name it may require.
11. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
12. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
13. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
14. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
15. This competition is being run by Prime Group Ltd of Unit 2, Ansec Business Park, Burma Road, Blidworth, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG21 0RT.
16. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.
17. Prime Group reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
18. Prime Group will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
19. The prize consists of two vouchers to take part in your experience, one for the cruise and one for the London Eye. You can choose whether you wish to experience the Eye before or after your lunch cruise but you will need to book a date for the lunch cruise and the Eye at least two weeks in advance and dates are subject to availability. The winner of the prize will receive full details of the experience, but if you wish to know more, please contact iNameit on 0800 542 917 or email info@inameit.co.uk for further information.
20. Also, note that the prize only consists of the vouchers and the winner is responsible for their travel arrangements and accommodation whilst in London.
