Solution:
A personalised email was sent to Betfair’s membership offering a free personalised calendar. Via a personalised web page members were given the option to add 5 key dates that would be added to their printed calendar. They were also given the option to add their date of birth which automatically generated a birthday image and message on the appropriate month and year. To encourage the online members to continually engage in the website services there were 40 key sporting events added throughout the calendar date block
